Mangoes

I bought a box of mangoes at COSTCO a few days ago.

Fascinating to see what one can learn from the packaging....

1. They are called "bunny".
2. The box has a stamp "hot water" something and USDA 357. Lot......589.
3. Produce of Mexico.
4. "Kent" variety.
5. Size 8.
6. Distributed by Freska Produce Int.LLC in Oxnard, CA 1-805-650-1040 and sales@freskaproduce.com
7. Best stored at 52 F or 11 C, but ripen at "room temperature".
8. On the bottom of the box are four graphics explaining "how to eat a mango" - easy slices, cubes, with a spoon, and on a fork.
